The rental price is composed of the following items:
- Base rental price – daily rate
- Service fee – one-time payment of €100 per rental
- Delivery costs – depending on distance.
All items are shown transparently at checkout – before completion, with no hidden costs. The service fee covers, among other things, contractual indemnification – i.e., protection against damage during normal operation. Normal wear and tear will not be charged; in case of damage, you only pay the deductible. More on this in the FAQ Damages & Service
Pre-configured devices mean for you: no configuration effort, faster availability, and a transparent price – directly at checkout, without further queries. We have analyzed the most common use cases and assembled the devices so that they immediately fit most requirements. Additional options, if available for the respective device, can be selected directly during the booking process. The rental price standardly includes single-shift use of up to 8 operating hours per calendar day. If you wish to use the equipment more intensively, you can select 2-shift operation (up to 16 hours per day) during equipment configuration on the product page, which will increase the daily rental price by a small amount.
